In November the Solitaire Automotive Main Tour group were treated to a fantastic weekend of motorsport action in perfect weather, as part of the 2022 Adelaide Rally.

Over the course of the 3 days participants enjoyed 30 closed road stages through the picturesque Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula and Adelaide CBD.

This year’s impressive line up of 28 cars included Audis, Alfa Romeos, Aston Martins and Jaguars.

The group were led by Chief Audi Australia Driving Instructor Steve Pizzati and his team of qualified driving instructors Steven Johnston, Chris Pither and Jeffrey Bee.

Participants were greeted each morning with a hot cup of coffee from our FIAT 500 coffee car and a delicious breakfast spread, before embarking on an exhilarating day of driving through some of the state’s most incredible stretches of roads.

On Friday evening the group were treated to a feast of Asian fusion at Concubine Restaurant, amongst the buzz of the Gouger Street Party.

It didn’t end there! To wrap up an absolutely fantastic weekend Bar Torino put on a night of free flowing Champagne, roving oysters and Spanish inspired canapes, with a porchetta spit – all enjoyed along with great company!
